St. Louis Style Ribs - sequencing

3 Hours in the smoker
1/2 Hour in Apple Juice
1 Hour in heat to dry ribs
1/4 Hour over high heat with sauce

The Texas Crutch uses the combo of apple juice, drying and finishing - instead of just slow cooking to the end.

Note - works great on Brisket.
